How an engagement runs
1 — Readiness debrief (30 minutes)
You tell us where you are; we give an honest read on feasibility, data and compliance exposure.
2 — Assess or pilot (2–6 weeks)
The AI Readiness Assessment, or a scoped pilot on your real data with a success metric agreed up front.
3 — Build (phased, fixed price)
Architecture, model, application and compliance documentation — on your infrastructure.
4 — Operate & transfer
Monitoring, retraining, training your team, and support for as long as you want it.
Questions
Can you deploy on-premise or in the EU only?
Yes — it is our default for regulated clients. We design and run on-premise LLM inference and EU-hosted stacks, and we will tell you honestly when a workload genuinely needs a hyperscaler.
How do engagements usually start?
With a 30-minute readiness debrief, then either the 4-week AI Readiness Assessment or a scoped pilot with a clear success metric. You see results before committing to a full build.
How do you price?
Assessments are fixed scope and fixed price; builds are scoped in phases with a fixed price per phase. No day-rate surprises — ask us for the price sheet.
Do you cover the EU AI Act?
Yes. We classify your current and planned systems, produce an exposure register and the documentation templates, and can run compliance as a service. Our founder is an Independent AI Expert for the European Commission.
Which languages do you work in?
French and English for delivery and documents; our systems handle Dutch and other languages as needed.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Brussels (Avenue Louise). We work across Belgium and Luxembourg, on-site where it matters and remote where it does not.
Why a boutique rather than a large AI consultancy?
