Is it fixed price?
Discovery is fixed price; the build is phased with a fixed price per phase, scoped at the end of discovery. You decide phase by phase.
Do you maintain it afterwards?
If you want: support, monitoring and evolution on a retainer. If not: full hand-over with documentation, tests and training.
Can you take over an existing prototype?
Yes — often the fastest route. We audit it, keep what is sound, and industrialise the rest.
